Empire

The thing about black people is, we are always attached to the situation. Whereas, our counterparts can be active for a moment but easily remove themselves from the matter and mourn a lion that was wrongfully murdered. They can get tired of hearing about #blacklivesmatter but we cannot because we have no clue if today we will become a hashtag. Not a hashtag of an accomplishment but a hashtag of death. We will always be involved and will say #blacklivesmatter until others no longer tire from hearing it but understand and mean it just as much as we do.
